When someone in Pinellas asks Google, "Who helps with a trust near me?", will they find you?
28.7% of Pinellas County residents are age 65 or older (U.S. Census QuickFacts). That is a deep pool for estate and elder law. CiteForge builds the listing and FAQ work so Google AI answers and Ask Maps (the AI helper inside Google Maps) can pull from your reviews and FAQ pages.
28.7% of Pinellas County is age 65+. That is your market.
The problem
- Estate and elder searches are local. If your Name, Address, and Phone do not match across the web, Google can get confused about you.
- Generic blog posts that sound like every other firm do not help AI tools pick you for "near me" questions.
- Robot review replies can say something the Florida Bar does not allow. You need human-edited replies.
How it works
- Free 10-minute audit of your Google listing for estate / elder keywords in Gulfport, St. Pete, Clearwater, and nearby towns.
- FAQ sprint. We write hyperlocal FAQ pages (example topic style: "Do I need a will and a trust in St. Petersburg?") so AI answers have something clear to quote.
- Ongoing care. We keep reviews answered (human-edited) and the listing clean, month by month.
What you get
- One Google Business Profile tuned for estate and elder law

- Human-edited review replies written to follow Florida Bar Ethics Opinion 20-1 (no client details in replies)
- Citation (NAP) cleanup so your name, address, and phone match
- A plain monthly report

Questions
- Q1. Why Pinellas first?
- A. Pinellas is about 28.7% age 65+ (Census estimate). Estate and elder law is a natural fit. We start with Pinellas and Tampa Bay first, then South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach).
- Q2. What is Ask Maps?
- A. Ask Maps is Google's AI helper inside Google Maps. It answers questions using business info, reviews, and related pages. We write FAQ content so it has clear answers to pull.
- Q3. Do you promise more wills or trusts signed?
- A. No. We never promise case counts or results. We do the listing and FAQ work. You run the law practice.
- Q4. Can you put prices or "call now" inside our Google profile?
- A. No. Our house rule (and a safer Maps practice) is: no prices, promos, or "call now" text inside Google profiles. Prices stay on your website.
- Q5. How fast do we start?
- A. Book the free 10-minute audit. Call (727) 295-2444 or use /free-audit.
